Firoz Khan married Sundari in 1965. Both met during a party. Sundari was a divorcee who already had a daughter. Both got married after a long affair. Firoz and Sundari have two children, Fardeen Khan and Laila Khan. Firoz had undoubtedly done a love marriage with Sundari, but the married life of both of them was not happy at all. Feroz Khan died of lung cancer on 27 April 2009 at the age of 69. He was treated at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai but in the end he could not be saved. Before dying, the actor had expressed his wish to go to his farmhouse in Bangalore, where he breathed his last.
